Heart Dynamics is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for using it safely and for consulting a qualified professional about your health. See the Health & Safety notice for details.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
The starter kit is a single up-front payment of US$195. It includes a KYTO Bluetooth heart-rate sensor, posted to the delivery address you give at checkout, and six months of full membership starting from the date of purchase.
When those six months end, membership continues automatically at US$20 per month until you cancel. We collect your payment details at checkout for this purpose. You can cancel at any time — including during the first six months — from the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Shipping is included in the price. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the sensor passes to you on delivery. Any import duties or taxes charged in your country are your responsibility.
If the sensor arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you cancel your membership, you keep the sensor. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing. Nothing here limits any non-excludable guarantee or right you have under consumer law.
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break its security, resell access, or use it in any unlawful way.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart Dynamics is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
